How to cancel AAA
You can cancel online, but it is buried behind a multi-screen retention flow.
Steps to cancel AAA
- 1Log in to your AAA account online, open the Membership section, choose Manage, then Automatic Renewal, and switch the toggle to Off.
- 2If you prefer to speak with someone, call AAA Member Services at 1-800-922-8228, or visit any AAA branch in person.
- 3Note the timing: AAA may not let you change auto-renewal online if your renewal date is less than 45 days away, so handle it early.
- 4Ask for a confirmation number or email so you have a record that the change went through.
