Steps to cancel Aura
- 1Sign in to your Aura account and find the Membership section.
- 2Click Cancel membership and confirm; in the mobile app, open the Aura app, tap Cancel Subscription, and follow the steps.
- 3Your protection stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- 4If you are within 60 days of your initial purchase, you may request a refund through the Membership portal or by phone. Note the 60-day guarantee does not apply to purchases made through an app store, which must be cancelled in that store.
