Steps to cancel eharmony

  1. 1The free Basic tier never charges you - there's nothing to cancel and no card on file
  2. 2If you upgraded to Premium, sign in and open Settings, then My Account / Subscription
  3. 3Turn off auto-renewal before your term ends (early cancellation stops renewal but is not refunded); if the option isn't visible, contact eharmony customer care
