How to cancel eharmony

Heads up: a cancel flow often buries the real button and floats a last-minute deal to keep you. Keep going until you see a cancellation confirmation.

1. 1The free Basic tier never charges you, so there is nothing to cancel and no card on file.
2. 2If you upgraded to Premium on the web, sign in, click the arrow next to your photo, and open Data & Settings.
3. 3Choose Amend Subscription, enter your password, and follow the link to turn off auto-renewal.
4. 4If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancel in your iPhone Settings under Subscriptions instead.
5. 5Turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before your term ends; early cancellation stops the renewal but is not refunded. Contact eharmony customer care if the option isn't visible.
