Steps to cancel Eufy Security
- 1For a subscription bought through an app store, cancel there: iPhone Settings then your name then Subscriptions, or Google Play profile icon then Subscriptions, and select the eufy plan.
- 2For a plan purchased on eufy's site or in the eufy Security app, open the app menu and look under Settings, Billing, or Subscription to manage it.
- 3Cloud Backup plans currently cannot be self-canceled, so email eufy support at support@eufylife.com with the camera's serial number to request cancellation.
- 4Note that eufy does not refund fees already charged, so time your cancellation before the next renewal.
- 5Keep the confirmation of cancellation.
