How to cancel Eufy Security

Heads up: a cancel flow often buries the real button and floats a last-minute deal to keep you. Keep going until you see a cancellation confirmation.

1. 1For a subscription bought through an app store, cancel there: iPhone Settings then your name then Subscriptions, or the Google Play profile icon then Subscriptions, and select the eufy plan.
2. 2For a plan purchased on eufy's site or in the eufy Security app, open the profile menu and look under Subscription or Membership to cancel.
3. 3Cloud Backup plans currently cannot be self-canceled, so email eufy support at support@eufylife.com with the camera's serial number to request cancellation.
4. 4Note the refund rule: monthly fees already charged are not refunded, while an annual plan is billed for the used months and refunds the remainder.
5. 5Time a monthly cancellation before the next renewal, and keep the confirmation of cancellation.
