- 2Click Membership Status, then Cancel Membership, and work through the prompts that offer to delay a shipment or adjust preferences.
- 3If you prefer a person, call 1-800-461-7203 (7 days a week, 6am to 5pm PT) or email service@firstleaf.com, and be ready to decline retention offers.
- 4Cancel before your next scheduled shipment date to avoid that charge.
- 5Confirm the account shows canceled and keep the confirmation.
