How to cancel GameFly

Steps to cancel GameFly
- 1Sign in at gamefly.com and open your Account page from the top-right menu
- 2Scroll to the bottom and select 'Cancel My Membership' on a desktop browser, then follow the prompts to confirm - cancellation takes effect immediately, and GameFly doesn't prorate or refund unused time, so cancel close to your renewal date
- 3Mail back any titles you still have out within about a week of cancelling so you aren't charged a replacement fee for unreturned discs
- 4Do this before day 30 of your free trial (or before your next billing date) so your card isn't billed the monthly rate - and if the cancel page won't load or the membership doesn't stop, email support@gamefly.com from your registered address and keep the reply as confirmation
