How to cancel Ipsy Glam Bag
You can cancel online, but it is buried behind a multi-screen retention flow.
Steps to cancel Ipsy Glam Bag
- 1Log in at ipsy.com and select Account in the top right, then find your Glam Bag and click View Membership.
- 2Select Cancel Membership. You may be asked to log in again to verify your account.
- 3Ipsy will present retention offers during the flow. Decline them and choose Continue Cancellation.
- 4Open the confirmation email Ipsy sends and click the link inside, or the cancellation is not processed. All cancellations must be completed by 11:59 PM PT on the 25th to apply to the next month's bag.
