Steps to cancel KiwiCo

  1. 1Log in at kiwico.com and open your Account page (on mobile web, tap the profile icon, then My Account).
  2. 2Select Subscriptions, then click Manage next to the crate you want to cancel.
  3. 3Click Cancel your subscription at the bottom of the details and follow the prompts to confirm.
  4. 4Finish before 11:59 PM ET the day before your next billing date to avoid the next cycle. If you signed up through Google Play or the App Store, cancel in that store's subscription settings instead.
