How to cancel Life Time

Heads up: a cancel flow often buries the real button and floats a last-minute deal to keep you. Keep going until you see a cancellation confirmation.

1. 1Plan ahead: Life Time requires 30 days advance notice, and your access and billing continue through that notice period.
2. 2Submit the request through the member portal at my.lifetime.life on the membership change page, which creates a dated digital record, or handle it in person.
3. 3To cancel in person, bring a photo ID to your club's member services desk and sign the cancellation form; ask for a signed, dated copy.
4. 4Include your name, member ID, and club location on any written request; note that phone cancellation is not accepted.
5. 5Submit early in your billing month, since cancelling after your billing date can add one more cycle.
