Online cancel works, but you click past a retention offer first.
Steps to cancel Nuuly
- 1Log in to your Nuuly account and open My Account.
- 2Select the Subscription section.
- 3Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
- 4Return any unpurchased items first; cancellation does not finalize until UPS scans your return, so return before your billing date to avoid another month. You can also pause for up to 3 months instead.
