How to cancel point.me

Heads up: a cancel flow often buries the real button and floats a last-minute deal to keep you. Keep going until you see a cancellation confirmation.

1. 1Log in at point.me and click your login name in the top right corner.
2. 2Choose Manage your Account, then open Plan & Billing.
3. 3Scroll to Plan Details and click Cancel, then confirm.
4. 4If you would rather not do it online, email support@point.me and ask them to cancel.
5. 5Your access runs to the end of the current billing period. There is no refund for unused time, so time an annual cancel before the renewal date.
