How to cancel Rent the Runway

Steps to cancel Rent the Runway
- 1Return any items you currently have out, since the membership cannot fully close while garments are checked out.
- 2Sign in at renttherunway.com and open Account Settings from your profile menu.
- 3Find the Membership section and select Cancel Membership, then work through the retention offers and confirm.
- 4If no cancel option appears in your account, contact customer support by chat or at help@renttherunway.com to close it. Watch for the confirmation email.
