How to cancel Scentbird

Heads up: a cancel flow often buries the real button and floats a last-minute deal to keep you. Keep going until you see a cancellation confirmation.

1. 1First check where you signed up, because that decides where you cancel - subscriptions started through the iOS App Store or Google Play must be canceled through Apple or Google, not Scentbird
2. 2Direct signups: log in at scentbird.com, open the account menu (your initials, top right), and choose Manage Subscription or Subscription Status
3. 3To avoid the next charge entirely, do this before the 5th of the month - after the 5th, that month's box ships and bills
4. 4Find the small Cancel Subscription link, then work through the retention survey - you may be offered 50 percent off, a free fragrance, or a pause, and can decline each to continue
5. 5If you only need a break, use Skip a month (1, 2, or 3 months) or Pause instead - pausing keeps your queue and scent preferences, canceling clears them
6. 6Prefer a record: cancel via live chat or email so you have written confirmation, and if support replies with an offer instead of a confirmation, reply reaffirming the cancellation
