Steps to cancel Scentbird

- 4Find the small Cancel Subscription link, then work through the retention survey - you may be offered 50 percent off, a free fragrance, or a pause, and can decline each to continue
- 5If you only need a break, use Skip a month (1, 2, or 3 months) or Pause instead - pausing keeps your queue and scent preferences, canceling clears them
- 6Prefer a record: cancel via live chat or email so you have written confirmation, and if support replies with an offer instead of a confirmation, reply reaffirming the cancellation
