How to cancel SimpliSafe (Pro Monitoring)

1. 1Professional monitoring is cancelled by contacting SimpliSafe support, and only the account owner can do it. Have your Safe Word ready for verification.
2. 2Call 1-888-783-8441 or use live chat and say you want to cancel your monitoring plan.
3. 3Decline the retention discounts if you want out, and ask for email confirmation.
4. 4Some accounts can also cancel via simplisafe.com under Account then Subscription, or in the app under Profile then Subscription. Your hardware still works as a local siren after monitoring ends.
