Steps to cancel SoulCycle

1Sign in at soul-cycle.com and open the My Soul section.
2Go to your subscription settings and cancel your Soul Renew membership.
3Submit the cancellation at least 24 hours before your billing date to avoid the next charge.
4If you would rather not cancel online, email support or contact your home studio. Class packs are non-refundable and cancellation ends at the close of the billing period.
