1Sign in at stitchfix.com and open Account Settings from your profile menu.
2Choose Manage Fix Frequency, then select I want to stop receiving automatic Fixes and uncheck the scheduled-Fix option to switch to on-demand (this stops all billing since you only pay when a Fix ships).
3To close the account entirely, use the account cancellation option in Account Settings or contact support.
4Keeping the account open with no scheduled Fixes costs nothing, so on-demand mode is enough if you just want to stop shipments.
