How to cancel Stitch Fix

Heads up: a cancel flow often buries the real button and floats a last-minute deal to keep you. Keep going until you see a cancellation confirmation.

1. 1Sign in at stitchfix.com and open Account Settings from your profile menu.
2. 2Choose Manage Fix Frequency, then select I want to stop receiving automatic Fixes and uncheck the scheduled-Fix option to switch to on-demand (this stops all billing since you only pay when a Fix ships).
3. 3To close the account entirely, use the account cancellation option in Account Settings or contact support.
4. 4Keeping the account open with no scheduled Fixes costs nothing, so on-demand mode is enough if you just want to stop shipments.
