How to cancel Thrive Market

Heads up: a cancel flow often buries the real button and floats a last-minute deal to keep you. Keep going until you see a cancellation confirmation.

1. 1Sign in at thrivemarket.com. California members can cancel from the Membership settings on the account page.
2. 2Everyone else contacts Member Services to cancel: email help@thrivemarket.com, use the chat button on the site, or call (866) 419-2174.
3. 3First-time annual members can request a full refund within 30 days of joining; other membership fees are non-refundable.
4. 4For monthly members, ask to stop the upcoming renewal before your next billing date.
5. 5Get confirmation that future charges are stopped; access continues to the end of the paid period.
