How to cancel Tovala

Heads up: a cancel flow often buries the real button and floats a last-minute deal to keep you. Keep going until you see a cancellation confirmation.

1. 1Open the Tovala app or log in at tovala.com and go to Settings, then Meal Plan, then Delivery Settings.
2. 2Choose to cancel your meal plan. Do this by Wednesday 6pm CT the week before your next delivery, or one more box will still ship.
3. 3If you bought your oven at a discount, you may have a 6-week meal commitment. If it is not yet met, the app will route you to contact support to finish canceling.
4. 4For a commitment cancel, use the in-app Contact Us chat, email support, or call support to complete it and settle any remaining oven balance.
5. 5Confirm you receive a cancellation confirmation and that no future deliveries are scheduled.
