How to cancel Tovala

You can cancel online, but it is buried behind a multi-screen retention flow.
Steps to cancel Tovala
- 1Open the Tovala app or log in at tovala.com and go to Settings, then Meal Plan, then Delivery Settings.
- 2Choose to cancel your meal plan. Do this by Wednesday 6pm CT the week before your next delivery, or one more box will still ship.
- 3If you bought your oven at a discount, you may have a 6-week meal commitment. If it is not yet met, the app will route you to contact support to finish canceling.
- 4For a commitment cancel, use the in-app Contact Us chat, email support, or call support to complete it and settle any remaining oven balance.
- 5Confirm you receive a cancellation confirmation and that no future deliveries are scheduled.
