Steps to cancel Uber One
- 1Open the Uber or Uber Eats app and go to Account.
- 2Tap Uber One, then Manage Membership.
- 3Select End Membership, pick a reason, and tap Continue through the confirmation screens.
- 4Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date, as the cancel button hides in the final 24 hours. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's subscription settings instead.
