- 2To skip instead of leaving, choose "I want to change my renewal date" and postpone by one cycle (or move your renewal date)
- 3To stop future shipments, choose "I want to stop receiving automatic shipments" - there's no cancellation fee
- 4If you'd rather not use the self-serve flow, email support@watchgang.com, use the Manage My Subscription form, or reach Live Chat during support hours (Mon-Thu 9-5 PST, Fri 9-3 PST)
- 5Do it before your monthly cutoff (Watch Gang states the 8th of the month), or that cycle still ships and bills; prepaid cycles are used up rather than refunded
