How to cancel Watch Gang

Heads up: a cancel flow often buries the real button and floats a last-minute deal to keep you. Keep going until you see a cancellation confirmation.

1. 1Sign in at watchgang.com, open My Account, find your plan, and click Manage Plan.
2. 2To pause instead of leaving, choose the option to change your renewal date and move it out one cycle.
3. 3To stop future shipments, choose "I want to stop receiving automatic shipments"; there is no cancellation fee.
4. 4If you would rather not use the self-serve flow, email hello@watchgang.com, use the Manage My Subscription form, or reach Live Chat (Mon-Thu 9am-5pm PST, Fri 9am-3pm PST).
5. 5Cancel before the monthly cutoff of 11:59:59pm PST on the 8th, or that cycle still ships; after the cutoff, any remaining shipments convert to account credit rather than a cash refund.
