Steps to cancel Winc
- 1Log in at winc.com and open your Account, then the Membership (My Membership) section.
- 2Select Cancel and follow the prompts. Cancel before the 1st of the month to avoid the next month's order.
- 3If the online cancel option is missing or will not complete, use the website's live chat concierge during posted hours.
- 4As an alternative, call Winc support at 1-855-282-5829 (Monday to Friday, Pacific time) to finish the cancellation.
- 5There are no cancellation fees. Confirm no further orders are scheduled before you finish.
