How to cancel Winc

Heads up: a cancel flow often buries the real button and floats a last-minute deal to keep you. Keep going until you see a cancellation confirmation.

1. 1Log in at winc.com and open your Account, then the Membership section.
2. 2California residents can cancel on the Account Settings page; cancel before the 1st of the month to skip the next order.
3. 3If you do not see a self-serve cancel option, use the website's live chat during posted hours.
4. 4You can also cancel by phone at 1-855-282-5829 or by email at support@winc.com; phone and chat run 7am-4pm PST, seven days a week.
5. 5There are no cancellation fees. Confirm no further orders are scheduled before you finish.
