Cancel at least 3 days before your next ship date so a new kit does not go out. If a shipping confirmation already sent, that order still ships.

There are no cancellation fees, and you are refunded for any prepaid kits you have not received. Canceling ends access to The Lovevery App unless you keep an app-only plan.
