How to cancel Babbel

Heads up: a cancel flow often buries the real button and floats a last-minute deal to keep you. Keep going until you see a cancellation confirmation.

1. 1First check where you subscribed, because that decides where you cancel - and note that deleting the app or your account does NOT cancel the subscription
2. 2Direct signups: log in at babbel.com, open Profile, then Account Info, then Payments and Subscriptions, find your plan and choose Cancel auto-renewal (or Unsubscribe)
3. 3Apple signups: iPhone Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, Babbel, Cancel Subscription
4. 4Google Play signups: Play Store, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Babbel, Cancel
5. 5If you are inside the 20-day window on a direct purchase, contact Babbel support with your transaction details to claim the money-back guarantee
6. 6You can cancel auto-renewal any time up to the day before the renewal date, and access continues to the end of the paid term - so time it before the renewal, since unused time outside the guarantee is not refunded
