“Mochi Health is a telehealth membership for obesity and metabolic care, and reviewers generally like the clinical side: you meet with a board-certified obesity-medicine provider and a registered dietitian, and Forbes Health rated it 4.3 out of 5 with a Trustpilot base around 4.4 across roughly 16,000 reviews. The part worth understanding before you join is the billing. There are two separate subscriptions - a monthly membership and a separate medication charge - and each is cancelled on its own. The membership bills every month whether or not you order a refill, and the most common complaints in the record are about being charged while still waiting on a visit or a decision, plus a narrow, discretionary refund window. None of that is a knock on the care; it is a reason to know your dates. If you join, the whole game is tracking the membership billing date and pausing deliberately when you are between refills or reassessing. Track it here and we send a reminder before each membership renewal, so nothing surprises you.”
