Steps to cancel Calm

  1. 1If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap Calm, then tap Cancel Subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
  2. 2If you subscribed on Android, open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select Calm, and cancel.
  3. 3If you subscribed directly on calm.com, log in there and cancel from your account settings.
  4. 4Cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial or renewal date to avoid the next charge; access continues until the end of the current period.

Straight talk: this isn't a free-trial product, and we list it as therapy, not as something to sample and cancel. Thriveworks is pay-per-session counseling - online or in person - that's in-network with a lot of insurance plans, so if you have coverage your out-of-pocket is often just a copay. There's no membership fee to escape, which is a point in its favor. The two things to know before you book: a card goes on file, and late-cancelling or no-showing an appointment inside 48 hours triggers a fee. If you're comparing insurance-based therapy options, it's a legitimate one.

Henry is a subscription telehealth program for weight management, testosterone therapy, hormone therapy, and ED, built around cash-pay compounded medications rather than insurance-billed brand drugs. A provider reviews your intake and decides whether to prescribe, so this is a medical program, not a checkout. What people like is real: across its largest review base, Henry earns high marks for approachable providers, quick responses, and an all-in monthly price that folds visits, medication, and shipping into one fee. What to know before you commit is just as real. It does not take insurance, prepaid multi-month plans are non-refundable, and its cancellation experience is the sore spot - reviewers describe a cancel button that is sometimes greyed out, a 48-hour-before-billing window, and charges that continued after a cancellation request, the sharpest disagreement across its reviews. The billing detail that matters most for a tracker: you are billed monthly, but medication ships in multi-week batches, so a refill you forgot to pause is both an expensive charge and a stack of medication you may not use. Track it here and we send a heads-up before each renewal and cutoff, so nothing surprises you.
