How to cancel Homeaglow (ForeverClean)

Heads up: a cancel flow often buries the real button and floats a last-minute deal to keep you. Keep going until you see a cancellation confirmation.

1. 1Sign in at homeaglow.com and open the dashboard menu from the upper left, then select Membership.
2. 2Use the ForeverClean cancel option if it is shown; if it is not clearly available, submit a cancellation ticket through the Help Center or ask in support chat and keep following up.
3. 3Know the terms first: ForeverClean auto-renews monthly with a 6-month minimum, and canceling early can trigger a charge (commonly around $150 to $200, or your first cleaning rebilled at the full $35 per hour rate).
4. 4Cancel any upcoming cleaning appointments separately and before the appointment cutoff, since a late cancel carries its own fee.
5. 5Save the cancellation confirmation; if you are billed afterward, reply to it or open a new ticket to dispute the charge. Washington residents can cancel without the early fee under a 2026 state settlement.
