Steps to cancel Lemonade Pet Insurance
- 1Open the Lemonade app and go to your pet policy
- 2Tap the policy, then choose Cancel policy
- 3Pick an effective date and confirm - there is no fee, and you get a pro-rated refund for the unused time you already paid for
- 4If you prefer not to use the app, you can call (844) 733-8666 or email help@lemonade.com to cancel instead
