How to cancel LifeLock (Norton)

Heads up: a cancel flow often buries the real button and floats a last-minute deal to keep you. Keep going until you see a cancellation confirmation.

1. 1Sign in to your Norton account and open the My Subscriptions tab on the My Account page.
2. 2Find your LifeLock subscription and click Cancel Subscription Renewal or Manage Renewal, then Unsubscribe.
3. 3Choose a reason and continue; when retention offers appear, select No thanks, cancel my subscription, then confirm.
4. 4Allow up to 24 hours for the change to show, and expect coverage to run until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. 5For a refund, contact Norton within 60 days of an annual charge or 14 days of a monthly charge; live chat or phone can process it.
