Select Start or Revisit next to Step 1: Review Your Order, then on Your order summary choose Remove TurboTax Live (or Downgrade).

If Remove is not shown, or you already used the Tax Expert feature, clear your return and start over in a lower product, as long as you have not paid yet.

Verify your order summary no longer lists the Live charge before you file.
