How to cancel MasterClass

Steps to cancel MasterClass
- 1First check where you signed up, because that decides where you cancel - MasterClass can only manage subscriptions bought directly on its website
- 2Direct signups: log in at masterclass.com, open Settings, and select Cancel Membership - your access continues to the end of the paid year
- 3To claim the 30-day guarantee, cancelling is not enough: within 30 days of your first purchase, contact Support through the Help Center chat or at support@masterclass.com and request the refund (5 to 10 business days to process)
- 4Apple signups: iPhone Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, MasterClass, Cancel
- 5Google Play signups: Play Store, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, MasterClass
- 6Amazon or Roku signups: manage and cancel the subscription from your Amazon account or Roku device, and request any refund through that platform
- 7Time an annual cancel before the renewal date - renewal charges are not covered by the 30-day guarantee, so the renewal is the moment that matters
