Steps to cancel Ring Protect
- 1Download any saved videos first, since cancelling permanently deletes recorded footage.
- 2Sign in at Ring.com and open your plan information from the top menu.
- 3Select the plan you want to cancel, choose when to end it (immediately or at the end of the billing period), and confirm.
- 4If you subscribed through Amazon, manage it instead under Your Memberships and Subscriptions on Amazon and select End Subscription or turn off auto-renew. Note that cancellations on or after Nov 6, 2025 are not refunded; benefits run to the end of the paid period.
