Steps to cancel Robinhood Gold

  1. 1Make sure you have $0 margin used, and if you hold the Gold Card, close that card account first, since both block a downgrade.
  2. 2In the app: tap the Account icon, open the menu, select Robinhood Gold, then Cancel membership.
  3. 3On the web: go to robinhood.com then Account then Settings then Robinhood Gold then Downgrade.
  4. 4Cancel before your next billing date (shown under Robinhood Gold in your account). Gold features stay active until the end of the current cycle.
