Steps to cancel Robinhood Gold
- 1Make sure you have $0 margin used, and if you hold the Gold Card, close that card account first, since both block a downgrade.
- 2In the app: tap the Account icon, open the menu, select Robinhood Gold, then Cancel membership.
- 3On the web: go to robinhood.com then Account then Settings then Robinhood Gold then Downgrade.
- 4Cancel before your next billing date (shown under Robinhood Gold in your account). Gold features stay active until the end of the current cycle.
