How to cancel Rosetta Stone

Heads up: a cancel flow often buries the real button and floats a last-minute deal to keep you. Keep going until you see a cancellation confirmation.

1. 1First check where you bought it, because that decides where you cancel - a direct purchase is managed on rosettastone.com, an app-store purchase where you bought it
2. 2Direct purchases (desktop only): sign in on a computer at rosettastone.com, click your current learning language in the top toolbar, choose My Account, then under Your products select TURN OFF AUTO RENEW
3. 3Apple purchases: iPhone Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, Rosetta Stone, Cancel
4. 4Google Play purchases: Play Store, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Rosetta Stone
5. 5For a refund within 30 days of purchase, contact Rosetta Stone support by phone or email with your order number and account details - refunds can take up to about 10 business days to appear
6. 6A Lifetime license has nothing to cancel or renew - it is a one-time purchase, so this only applies to the 3-month and 12-month plans
