Steps to cancel Shipt

1Sign in at shipt.com or open the Shipt app and go to Account.
2Select Shipt Membership Profile, then at the bottom choose How to cancel my membership.
3Tap Yes, cancel membership and confirm. A confirmation email follows.
4If you signed up through Target, cancel in the Target app or call Target Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869 instead. Annual plans may qualify for a prorated refund via support.
