Steps to cancel TruGreen
- 1Know that TruGreen plans auto-renew every year, so you must actively cancel to stop future service.
- 2Call TruGreen customer service at 1-800-458-4186 and tell them you want to cancel and stop the annual auto-renewal.
- 3Ask them to remove all scheduled future applications from your account. There is no early-termination fee, but you owe for any treatments already applied.
- 4Request a cancellation confirmation number before you hang up.
- 5Follow up in writing by email so you have a paper trail confirming no balance remains and no renewal will occur.
