Steps to cancel AG1
- 1Log in to your AG1 member portal on the drinkag1 site and open Manage Subscription.
- 2Choose to cancel and follow the prompts to confirm.
- 3Cancel at least 24 to 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment so you are not billed for the upcoming order.
- 4If you would rather not do it online, you can contact the customer team by chat, email at support@drinkag1.com, or phone. Look for the confirmation email afterward.
