How to cancel Mochi Health

Heads up: a cancel flow often buries the real button and floats a last-minute deal to keep you. Keep going until you see a cancellation confirmation.

1. 1Remember there are two subscriptions to handle: the membership and, separately, the medication subscription
2. 2Cancel the membership by selecting Cancel Subscription in your Mochi account, or by calling (619) 648-1247 - email is not an accepted cancellation channel
3. 3Cancel or change the medication subscription separately using Modify on the medication page, and do it before a refill request is sent to the pharmacy, since shipments proceed and prescription sales are final after that
4. 4Membership cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing term, with access continuing until then and no mid-term proration, so time it against your renewal date
5. 5There are no cancellation fees, but if you want a break rather than a full exit, ask about pausing - note that restarting may mean going through intake again
