How to cancel myFICO
No self-serve online cancel: you have to call to close the account.
Steps to cancel myFICO
- 1Log in to myFICO and open the My Subscriptions page (or the Subscription screen under the More tab in the iOS or Android app).
- 2Select your active subscription and choose to cancel; you can also pause billing here instead.
- 3Work through the retention prompts and confirm the cancellation.
- 4If the online cancel does not go through, call customer service at 1-800-319-4433 (Mon-Fri 6am-6pm PT, Sat 7am-4pm PT) and ask them to cancel. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
