How to cancel Noom

Takes about 15 minutes

No easy self-serve cancel: expect a retention gauntlet or a phone call to close the account.

Steps to cancel Noom

  1. 1Open the Noom app and tap your profile picture at the top left.
  2. 2Tap Settings, then Manage Subscription.
  3. 3Work through the retention flow: Noom may offer a discount, a plan pause, or free coaching. Decline each offer and keep choosing the option that continues canceling.
  4. 4Select a cancellation reason and confirm on the final screen. A confirmation email arrives right away; access lasts until the period ends. If you subscribed via an app store, cancel there instead. Cancel 24-48 hours before renewal.

Don’t get caught out next time

Track Noom and your other subscriptions here, and a reminder arrives before each renewal, so you decide to keep or cancel on your terms, never by accident.

WHOOP's "free trial" is the most misunderstood offer in wearables — it's a 30-day window to return the hardware, not a casual try-before-you-buy. Cancel and mail the device back within about two weeks of canceling, or you'll either owe a $110 restocking fee or roll into a 12-month WHOOP Peak membership at $239/yr. Set a calendar alert for week three the second you activate it. If you love it by then, the annual price is competitive with Oura; if you don't, get it in the mail with tracking.

Annual trial is twice as long as monthly — always pick that one even if you plan to cancel. (7-day trial (monthly) or 14-day trial (annual))

Quarterly billing is the gotcha — one missed cancel = three months charged. (15% off first month; no formal free trial)
